How Many Directory Submissions Do You Need?
How directory submissions to get you back links that you want?
The answer is of course the proverbial "it depends". Back links are not easy, but directory entries to be published. How much do you need to successfully lead the search engine you want, however, is a question which bears no simple answer. There are generally two ways to build the link directory submissions.
Quality Approach: Some people warn against too many directory entries and say that you should look for quality presentations, but the quality is difficult to measure. In general, the quality directories that are listed are those that everyone knows - Botwe DMOZ, Yahoo, etc., but these are not the only folders that give back to the left and if you listen to the gurus of the quality, then you finally pays $ 10 - $ 50 for each submission, you try to a folder. Not a good idea, especially if you have a tight budget.
The quantitative approach: The approach of the volume is about as safe as you can all bid directories. People who use this approach will continue and always looking at the folders to their website and make sure that no directory is to be ignored. This is all well and good, but some discretion is in order, as an act of directories as nothing more than link farms and you can associate yourself with bad neighborhoods. These poor neighborhoods will not help you with all the search engines. In fact they can even harm you.
The hybrid approach of Directory Submission: The approach I prefer is lovingly called the hybrid approach. He acknowledges that the quantity and quality are important. You want as many entries GOOD directory. This means that you specify folders to close because its reputation. Even leaving out the bad folders, there are thousands of Web directories generally available to the average webmaster and almost all have good back links. There is a virtual gold mine of possibilities for the webmaster who is interested in riding tie them down.
Directory entries So how do you need? 100? 1000? 10,000?
I would say that there is no right answer. You can stop at 100, but will not be enough for most webmasters to the grade of art with backlinks to achieve. 1000 is better, but it is always best to throw a little diversity in terms of your anchor text and pages in your site that you link. In other words, you need a deep link with relevant anchor text appropriate for each page of your site and not just the home page. Probably the biggest mistake webmasters make new memories in their campaigns directory.
To be effective, a directory submission campaign should focus on multiple pages of your site, several expressions of anchor texts for each of your pages, and multiple site folders.
If you have any of your key phrases and key phrases to focus on those of the best page of your site relevant to this key phrase and submit to 1000 leaflets on a reasonable period match, you will see a clear difference to the popularity of your link and your search rankings. Wait a reasonable time and do it again and see more benefits. Ultimately, the comments of the book is never ending. Not if you want to do.
